This communication is in response to the Office Action mailed November 15, 2006, is
filed within three months of the shortened statutory period set for response to the Office Action,
is accompanied by a Request for Continued Examination ("RCE"), and is further to an
Amendment filed on April 16, 2007 but not yet entered by the Examiner as of the date of this
communication and RCE. The Applicants hereby request a third month extension of time for
filing this Amendment, and request that the necessary extension of time fee be charged to
Deposit Account No. 13-3080 (two months of extension were already requested and paid for
with the April 16, 2007 Amendment). The Applicants also request that all necessary extension
of time fees and any necessary fee for filing the accompanying Terminal Disclaimer be charged
to Deposit Account No. 13-3080 (authorization for a Terminal Disclaimer fee was also given
with the April 16, 2007 Amendment). Please amend the above-identified application as follows:
